Behaviour Support
Our Behaviour Support Practitioners use an individualised, person-centred approach within our behaviour support model. We work from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective, supporting people to reduce behaviours of concern by building on their strengths rather than trying to change who they are. Our team is committed to fostering confidence during new transitions, encouraging engagement in meaningful activities, and promoting a higher quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based support.

All Abilities Social Club
Our All Abilities Social Club welcomes people of all neurotypes, including those who are Autistic, have ADHD, or experience social anxiety. The program is supported by Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and experienced support workers, providing a safe, inclusive environment where participants can interact using their authentic communication styles. Through guided activities, individuals learn to self-advocate, self-regulate, and build a positive sense of identity.

Disability Support
Our Disability Support Services are tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. Our support workers collaborate closely with families, therapists, preschools, schools, day programs and external providers to encourage positive and meaningful outcomes. Using a person-centred approach, our team creates inclusive, supportive, and nurturing environments where the focus remains entirely on the participant, ensuring they feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore, learn, and develop at their own pace.
